Hi, Dangc, v1.0.35 was released on 21 Sep, according to their website. Is your version same aswell?

Hey Naveen, update the firmware on pc and try again. Hope it will resolves the issue. Make sure you have on wifi and Bluetooth on phone too.

Its great camera. Do ensure you have a lense protection too cus its very fragile camera. Enjoy dost.

it dosn`t work. when i put the file in the micro card and than in the camera, the auto instalation don´t start automacatly.... :(

Few other possible reasons 1. If mobile, need both Bluetooth and wifi need to be on and connected. 2. Firmware on device need to be to latest, app version also need to be updated.

a newer one is available v1.0.41 2021-11-22

It is.. and every time I tap the firmware on the app it'll tell me I've already updated to the current 1.0.25.

I tried that and it didn’t happen. Did it work for you? Via Mobile app should be the way. Downloading from computer is very inconvenient, isn’t it?

I updated firm ver from the app directly, I can see changes but the new option of a Snap does not show.. I use oneplus7pro
