Thank you for the video. I have a question when connecting to wifi through your phone are you using USB or bluetooth for ZLink? It always takes off my wifi when it's connected to Zlink5 and when I back out. I do use my phone as a hotspot for it.

I use the USB cable. It can cause an issue using wireless because it uses the wifi board to make the wireless connection to your phone and cant do both at the same time.

I have the 9in version (HZ145N4), are you plugging the drive into the corded USB or one of the USB ports on the back?

Should use the port on the back labelled OTG, but either will work.

Corded usb is meant to be connected with cars factory OEM usb. The 2 ports are meant to used with the provided extensions

Did you notice that after the update, the split screen icon disappeared from the top right of the status bar?

Do i need to downlowd the firmware from the joying website from a Windows computer? I have ran into the problem of read only downloads unavle to unzip the RAR file.

I had a similar issue. Try installing WinRar and use that to extract/unzip the files.

I keep getting this error message when attempting to extract the file i downloaded " The Extraction Operation was not completed......an unexpected error is preventing the archive from being extracted, Error 0x8096002a: No description available". I have tried using Google and Microsoft Edge to download the zip file.

I had the same issue.I recommend using 7zip to unzip the file. If it shows error “CRC failed : QCM6125 Android 12 1280X800 1920X720 2024.1.24\qzd _data \wallpapers night \ 1920x720\wallpaper_night (15).png”. Close the error dialog and proceed with using the files to update the unit. It should work fine.

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I may be extracting/unzipping incorrectly. The files do not look fully unzipped like they look in the photo on the instructions. I am using a 32 GB drive and it is FAT32. From what I have read, FAT32 just means 32GB so not sure why a 32GB wouldn't work. After I extract the files and put them on the thumb drive, I plug it into the unit, it detects the thumb drive, but nothing happens after that. I do not get a prompt. Any suggestions? What unzip software did you use? I used winzip and 7-zip and got the same results. It doesn't look like all files are unzipped.

Fat32 does not mean a 32gb hard drive. Need to format it in windows as fat 32. Then make sure all extracted files are in the root directory

@@JackofAllMasterofNone It is formatted to FAT32. I did extract all files to the root directory. This is not hard to do so the instructions are not specific enough as there is something else that is wrong here. Other than taking this 32GB thumb drive back and getting a 16GB one, I am not sure what else to do.

You actually can have however big of a thumbdrive/sd card as you want, you just have to create a prtition that is FAT32.. but yea i have a bunch of 128gb and do it all the time.. but it is just easier to have 32 or less lol

I haven't figured out how to link my CanBox ? There's the options in factory settings did all that but nothing for 2006 Cadillac SRX? Andy CanBox says KDLK-01 CLX? Not SRX? I NEED HELP😮

I am in the same boat. I am looking for the setting to turn "AMP ON" and I can't find it anywhere in sound settings. They don't have my canbus that I purchased directly from Joying with the Stereo! I'm going crazy over here

Need to set the time to auto update based off of GPS and network. And then make sure auto timezone is off and manually set your time zone.
