Why does it have to be USB-A to USB-C? Most Macs only have USB-C now, so why is it not able to do it with just a simple USB-C to USB-C cable?

Does a brand new custom Spark come with the latest update or do you need to download it?

I can download the Windows Updater but i can't download that firmware because there is no upcoming link in that text. I've tried it on five different computers, there is no link in the Firmware name....

Hi, I just got a spark40 for a friend, and I'm having issues where I can't change the sample rate from 41 to 48. I have the firmware updated just like this. However my spark40 I had from years back does have 4800hz. How do I get the 4800hz 2 work on his pc? Win10 64bit. I wanna email PG but it's just an auto fill box system that asks for info that's on his amp. Of which I'd need to go to his house and all. I just want a straight forward help line. Or email...otherwise I'll have to use my spark info for an issue on the other amp? I use my spark to play Rocksmith2014 and it works for my 2 pcs and his. While his new spark 40 won't due to this sample rate issue being greyed out. I'll be back at his house soon to try and troubleshoot some more. Perhaps a video about sample rates would be great. Nyways l8rz!

NOTE THIS ONLY WORKED FOR ME... LOL I literally clicked on the app and held my mouse button and moved it around in the back round and it updated.. it kept crashing on me before. give it a shot
