In this video I show how to update a Revenge From Mars Pinball 2000 machine to the latest software version. I use the Pinball 2000 Update Manager available from www.planetarypi... to update my machine to version 1.6. Version 1.5 is freely available and you'll need to do some digging to find 1.6.
I use a NULL MODEM cable to connect my PC to the pinball machine which I bought at AMAZON here: www.amazon.com/...
The instructions in this video would also apply to Star Wars Episode 1 (SWE1).
Overall this was an easy mod that was made complicated because my machine was not setup properly from the factory. The serial port on the Pinball 2000 PC was incorrectly connected to the wrong COM port.
