Do you have a video showing or explaining “how do you move files to an USB stick?

I have winzip but I can't open embroidery files.

When I unpack a zipped design from Etsy I do not get a file named PES. The file is named Adobe Acrobat Document or PDF when I try to open or drag it. It does not open. It does not drag into Embrilliance. I have not found a way to use the file. What should I do?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out with your problem. The file will not be named "PES", the file will be a PES "file type". It sounds like you are trying to open a PDF file type in Embrilliance - and Embrilliance has no way of open non-embroidery machine file type. Within your unzipped package you will likely find a file that looks like something similar to "file name.PES" and this is what you would open in Embrilliance. In your file folder you can click the top bar to sort by "file type" and it should clearly show all the different embroidery machine file types for you so you can find the PES one. "file name.PDF" is document file that lists out specifications/instructions of the design and is not an embroidery machine readable file - it's just for us humans to reference!
