The software closes by the way , and it says analyzing data at 3% then it doesn’t go anywhere after that and it doesn’t let me view the photos , after a while of waiting about a hour it goes very slowly but it never analyzes the data, I closed and re opened it , I reset my phone , and I redownloaded everything . What should I do and how can I fix this ? I paid for the insurance as well. I have tried to reset my computer, how do I fix this error? And is there a refund if it doesn’t work?
