I don't need carrier hub

Ok so what if it just appears out of nowhere overnight and doesn't show up on the apps screen and I want to unintall it but if I can't find it how do I do it literally I open my phone this morning and it says apps playing in the background and it shows the one for sprint I have t-mobile if it doesn't show up anywhere in my apps at all how do I get rid of it?

Sprint and T-mobile recently merged. Carrier hub and carrier hub magenta both come from the same source now. It's probably been running in the background of your phone some time. I have a suspicion it's bloatware.

The best and last solution is to try contacting your device manufacturer or mobile service provider for further assistance. They may have specific instructions on how to remove pre-installed apps or apps that appear on your device without your consent.

​@@IAmBuddythedecibwave it's very likely government/carrier spyware. Newer phones have like 3-5 vague and seemingly "useless" bloatware apps that all have full access to your phone, but can't be uninstalled and are sometimes even hidden and not showing up on the apps.

Is carrier hub a bad app to have ?

Good question... idk but it just showed up in my notifications and i didn't install it, so i probably don't want it
