Also, The lovely round metal mini gardens look great but they are partly over the granite gravel so I'm wondering how the growth of the plants will be affected? Btw: HOW did you make the round metal garden spaces? *When I've looked for them online they're quite pricey!!-- so that back firepit space & garden is easily waaay more than a few hundred $$$

I've read a few caustic remarks about Charlie from people who miss Jason. But seriously, change is always difficult and when someone new joins my circle of friends, I like to include them and find out what their strengths are. Let them relax and allow them to settle in.

I come to this channel for good (not to mention absolutely free landscaping ideas.) If there’s some interesting banter along the way, great. If not, the lack of any entertainment value from the presenters doesn’t detract from their ideas. If I want entertainment and comedy, I watch my favourite comedians. You don’t hear me complaining that Jimmy Carr doesn’t give any landscaping advice. Carry on Charlie. You’re doing a great job.

Need plant lists, please, Charlie? Magnolia 'Teddy Bear' (like a tree version of Copper Spoons); Indian Hawthorne 'Oriental Pearl'; westringia? Cousin It); for the dark shade: "purple plate transfers"??? Correct name please? + What else did you plant there?

it’s segments like this that you REALLY, REALLY miss Jason on the show, please bring back the guy with energy. Adam is incredible, but not even he could carry this entire segment.

I just found this channel and I'm loving it! I love the dynamic between Charlie and Adam and the info is so helpful! :)

Charlie makes Wet Ones seem dry. God knows who does the talent booking for this show, they are all vanilla apart from Griggs.

I really miss Jason Hodges, this was my favorite tv show, as nice and knowledgeable as Charlie is, it's just not the same, the dynamic is gone :(

I didn't end up watching it after seeing the plastic chair that they were sitting on. I sure don't feel cozy seeing those, reminded me the "anything helps" people were sitting on those on the side of road.

Sorry to say you people destroy too much wood on things like these silly benches, with no backseat to relax for longer hours. The small area beneath the fire pit could be covered with concrete to save grass from burning, but you removed whole beautiful grass.

Wow, Adam was right. This really was bland and boring. Poor Adam. It seemed like he was really trying to lift this segment. He did a great job trying. Adam is the stereotypical Aussie male. The one most naturally connect with. No offence to the new guy. He obviously has a lot of knowledge. However, the dynamic group that you’re trying to target is very specific and not a large number of. Where as the group that Jason used to target has a larger group number and was more broad. So more people could relate to him and his humour and jokes. He put you at ease, made you feel relaxed and it was a comfortable pleasure to watch. The new guy is softly spoken so you strain to hear him even with the sound up, you feel tense and uncomfortable: the jokes don’t flow naturally. Watching the jokes felt very awkward and almost as though you were watching Adam get in trouble. It wasn’t funny to watch. Seeing our regular made to look like he was in m trouble was unsettling. There’s no chemistry with the two. Jason and Adam had a natural connected, organic. The new guys seems as though he’s not in the same league as Adam and this comes across as forced, because it is. This show isn’t the best match for the new guy. Hopefully someone with sense brings Jason back. The new guy needs his own segment as he appears to work better alone.

The “banter” was really uncomfortable to listen to, almost bordering on passive/ aggressive from Charlie.

The guys fake laugh every five minutes drives me nuts I can’t stand you guys

Where is JASON? Sorry, but this new guy is just boring and feels self centered; woke even. All his episodes, I haven’t been able to watch in their entirety. Sad!
