The secret to easy cuts is the vegetable oil used as a lubricant. Cutting tires w/o lubricant using a knife is MUCH more difficult. Or use a Sabre saw. Either way vegetable oil helps. Line them with a ground cloth or plastic to avoid chemical leaching and you can grow vegetable in them.

i use shampoo

take the leftover part from the tire and paint it orange or yellow. It makes a nice little sun and you can hang it on the front of your house or the fence.

Never met my dad but all I got from him are these type of tire flower so I wanted to look into it

Soap or oil. You need some lubrication. If. Not the rubber will grab on to the knife and you will hurt yourself. I find it easier cutting out the steel ring out first “the part were the rim sits”. Then cut the triangles. Leave the tire in the hot sun all day, before attempting to flip it. Its easier that way.

Since it is rubber, on turning inside out it would stay flat(as in the case of petals of a flower)

turning the tire inside out is almost impossible, i've tried many time and sometime succeed but most of the time i give up after 30 minutes of intense struggling ! I think i depend a lot on the brand. Try and tell me what you think, and if you have a trick to do it !
