Seen you had XMP disabled in your bios..and I can tell that's a gaming pc. You should probably turn it on and use the profile preset to get full use of your ram.

itll only turn on if you're on the same wifi, hence the name Lan

@@FlameBlast-Productions. Don’t listen to these people they don’t know what you’re talking about. Yes you can do it remotely with a cellular data. But your PC absolutely 100% must be connected with an ethernet cable. And you have to set up port forwarding.

@@elegeorge3561 There's CMOS setup to choose when you turn on the computer you'll see some computer may have to press "Esc," "Del," "F1," "F2," "Ctrl-Esc" or "Ctrl-Alt-Esc" to enter setup it's depend on your computer

ok bro i will try my best to help you, ok so first press the windows button then hold shift while holding shift restart your pc, then your pc will go into troubleshoot mode then it will open up a page click on trouble shoot and then click on advance options after that click on UFEI something (i dont remember) then you will be in your bios. really hope this helped if it did dont forget to sub to my channel and would be breath taking.

are you sure if both devices (ur phone & pc) are connected to the same wifi (like both should be connected to the same wifi name)
