Hi i have a problem with my welch allyn ophthalmoscope...the bulb light is bright but I look through the eye piece and it is not lit...it seems to me illuminating below the eye piece...very wierd problem...i need help please

Hello! Has anyone had an issue with their power handle not turning off in the off position--meaning the light is still on while in the off position? The dimmer does not work what so ever? What could be the problem? Thank you?

Kevin Guzman hey Kevin. So I couldn’t actually. I have to just unscrew the apparatus when I’m not using it. My battery lasted 2 weeks without use this way. It’s not optimal, but at the very least we’re not charging every day. If anyone has figured this out tho that’d be great.
