If it asks for credentials, Use the credentials that you would use to sign in in to the computer that is hosting the network drive. for example, If the username on the host is Kiara, and the password is abc123, the password you would use is abc123 and the username you would use is Kiara. If there is no option for a username, Look for "sign in as a different user.". Another option is to check off the "connect using different credentials" on the "map network drive" page. Do not check this option off if you have not tried to connect with no credentials first. If you do, It will 100% ask you for credentials. I do not know what makes it ask for credentials.
