It isn't quite as simple as you make it seem. C-1 Insert won't be much good even with a very rigid lathe (are you using a Colchester?) None of the small bench-top hobby lathes will be rigid enough without a lot of work and a lot of luck, they cause too much undamped vibration and tip shatters or rubs. Handy way of making retaining groves for obsolete motorcycle transmission and main bearings

Ciao, ti dò direttamente il codice iso di questo inserto: (ISO)DNMG150608-NMS WSM01 Dipende anche da come lo moli, ormai sono tanti anni che li modifico in base alle necessità, però prima di riuscire a fare delle molature valide, ho dovuto rifare parecchi inserti...

Pensez vous qu'un tel roulement apprécie d'avoir un effort latéral sur les billes venant de la pointe mobile ?
Vorrei capire a cosa serve tornire un cuscinetto ,certo è che se lo si vuole adoperare come tale è comunque un pezzo non rettificato

La tornitura dei cuscinetti in meccanica ha molteplici usi.... Ad esempio creare una sede è utilissimo quando si deve inserire una battuta per piastre sottili, l'arrotondamento dei bordi è utile per rendere il cuscinetto oscillante, il ribassamento di una superficie si usa sovente per i restauri, ecc! Purtroppo non è sempre posibile utilizzare le misure standard fornite in commercio, quindi è necessario procedere con modifiche su componenti nuovi, per quanto riguarda la rettifica, è possibile farla, basta lasciare qualche centesimo di abbondanza...

Evidentemente non sei un manutentore o restauratore... è utilissimo tornire i cuscinetti, specialmente dove non è possibile lavorare sul supporto per dimensioni o posizione. Senza contare che creare sedi sui cuscinetti è essenziale nei casi dove non è possibile fare le battute d'arresto.
