Thanks Ray since I've been following your great videos, the boning/butterflying of the lamb leg is now a breeze....I also skewer mine crosswise to keep it flat on the bbq & makes it easier to turn too

Why are you forcing yoursel, just say i don't know how to do it, plus next time you have to wear the protection gears!
