I watched other videos and all of them point to the gear/actuator malfunction. When opened, gears were shown to be stuck. They were disassembled, cleaned and grease up, and then put together. Then they checked if it was moving freely etc. You didn’t think it was the actuator? Although you eased up the rear calipers.

I noticed that the actuator is difficult to penetrate, that's why I open the rear calipers and adjusted packing brake shoe due to the clearance is too wide and the actuator was difficult to activate the parking brake sheo, and I do initialization of the electric parking brake by push down a few seconds and pull up a few seconds the electric parking brake switch.
