Reza, amazing video as always, thanks: I have a quick question regarding a previous video tittle "Power Automate Export to Excel | Dynamically create Table, Columns & Add Rows to Excel | Send Email" There seems to be a limit of 1000 rows to pull into Excel using the power automate so could you please state if there is a workaround this? Another awesome video! This gave me a lot of ideas for how I can use this in my own job. Is there any way to trigger the flow with a button in the worksheet instead of having to open the Power Automate pane? Is it possible to customize the ribbon and add an icon in the ribbon to run the flow directly?

@@RezaDorrani thank you for the quick response! I guess opening the PA pane isn't that big of a deal, but being able to assign flows to a shape or button like a macro in the desktop version of Excel would allow users to create some great interactive dashboards in Excel online.

@dwang085 if there was a way to trigger the flow automatically when a cell value changed maybe you could have data validation in its own little table? Then write the flow to first evaluate the selected value when you pick something from the drop down list? This way it would only send the email if a certain value was selected. That might also allow the flow to reset the drop down list value back to a default ? Idk. Just an idea

I have one request, if you could create one video on this topic or if you have already please let me know. I have 2 lists in sharepoint, 1. One for user hierarchy. 2. Another for data. Want to create an app, where logged in user can see all items assigned to him/her. Also, if a manager open that app he can see all items of his team members only.

@@RezaDorrani i've found why : if i'am looking "for a selected row" from template, i can only the deprecated one but if "Build an instant cloud flow", i find "For a selected row (excel online for business) and then everything is ok ! So for me, when i click on templates from excel, it's not working because i only found the other that is not working. Very strange, your flow is as instant cloud flow ?

For that, you need to run the flow on a daily schedule, and query excel file to check if any dates match todays date and then send email. I do not have a specific videos reference on this though.

Aad user table is a virtual table. You cannot add data to it.

Hello, I have a problem with the number and date fields as soon as I try to run the flow I get the following message The input body for trigger 'manual' of type 'Request' did not match its schema definition. Error details: 'Invalid type. Expected String but got Integer.'. In your demo, I see that when you select yours fields it says formatted each time but I don't have this indication on my side (my excel file is stored in a sharepoint and not onedrive. An idea ? Limit will be on threshold on flow really. I have not tested its limits so not sure.

Hello Reza, If one of my inputs for the excel for a selected row trigger is a file. How to I get this to attach? I keep getting an error. I choose the name of the input for the name part of input from the dynamic content. For the content I choose the content bytes of the input. I keep getting the following error: "Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'triggerBody()?['entity']['file_1']?['name']' cannot be evaluated because property 'file_1' doesn't exist, available properties"

@@shifamomin6547 Currently you cannot create a flow in non-default environment that you can call directly from excel. It's a limitation in product. I'm not aware of any workarounds.
