My shoulder was killing me all of a sudden. I don’t know what I did to it. I couldn’t use it at all. I found Dr. Jaspers video, started doing all the points I could and continued for the next two days. All the pain went away. I was shocked. I didn’t know how powerful trigger points are to heal. Thanks Doc!!! Robin

Shoulders are tricky things. You think it is one thing then it maybe something else completely. I had one therapisy treat for suspected bicep tendonitis. Then in one of the sessions another therapist felt it was a deltoid muscle problem and explained many nervrs run through the deltoid explaining why l was getting nerve pain and tightness too. I think it is best to treat the shoulder comprehensively as it is rarely one problem on it's own.

I box since I was 16 years old. When I became around 30 my shoulder started to feel pain.. Not from training but a stingy pain inside my shoulder and then I just started to look at the techniques on this video and the one where he pulls his arm down by holding his arm on the wrist is a good one I did that to and then I finally felt that the muscle in my shoulder stretched and it felt relaxing calm.. Now my left jabs feels flexible again 🙂 great video.. And yes the trigger point in the neck is true to I already figured that one out pressing the point in my neck connects under my left tricep near the elbow

the trigger point is not a problem area per se. The trigger point is the nerve center which is responsible for the problem area.

Does not work for me because trigger point is too small for ball

The problem with the ball is it slides all over. I got double ones with rope to hold it but they are a bit bigger and don't roll as well :(

Tara Davis, If you put a tennis ball in a long tube sock. It works great! You can sling it over your shoulder and do some great rolling!
