in the app its explained wrong cause they show the quad not the hip flexor. would be nice if someone could change this and add also something for adductor and abductors :) thank you for help

The Quads are involved in hip flexion. The primary hip flexor (psoas) is too deep of a muscle to be directly worked on due to its attachments on the lumbar spine.

Hi do you have any videos for treating tight neck/trap/shoulder area?

Haha they don't want to show actually using it on your psoas because of how uncomfortable that is for 99% of people. Rest assured you can go further in, just be careful and pay attention to strange tingling or pain and avoid hitting sensitive parts.

You need to avoid the pit of the groin because major blood vessels and lymph nodes must NOT be hit with percussion massager. And a cheap massager is just as good as an expensive one.
