The basic rule in Japan is that you should get permission to film everywhere. Once such a step has been taken, mutual conflicts are avoided. This is also true for other foreign KZreadrs visiting Japan. Pointing your camera at strangers without permission, even in public places, is not encouraged. Wherever possible, you should limit the people on camera to yourself. While it is inevitable that other people are reflected as part of the landscape, but if a video is shot in an enclosed space and the face of another person is clearly visible, uploading the video to the internet without the person's permission is not commendable. Aside from that, I enjoyed watching the video.

This is a well-made video. the editing is great. I think you are the only person in the past and in the future who eats on the concourse inside a station.😅 Japanese people don't do it because it's embarrassing.
Around 1:08:22 you said "little man carved out" I believe this is what we call "Daimonji-yaki." Daimonji-yaki is an event which bonfires are arranged to form a kanji charactor 大 (dai) Dai means big. Monji means charactor. Yaki means fire. So glad to hear you enjoyed Japan! Come again!
2:04:30 Hajikami (はじかみ、矢生姜)is young ginger pickled in vinegar. Eating only the white part after finishing the fish will refresh your mouth. The gari that comes with sushi is also pickled ginger.

The samurai who were blowing the conch shell at the beginning of this video were ascetics called Yamabushi. There is a theory that they have the roots of ninjas, and they trained at Mt. Haguro and Shrine⛩️ in Yamagata Prefecture, one of Japan's top power spots. Nowadays, even foreign tourists can enjoy the training experience and Yamagata's vegitarian food.
1:13:37 Japan has strict portrait rights, and photographing others without permission can result in fines and damages. So not only 7-Eleven, but the whole of Japan prohibits unauthorized photography of rooms and people. Japanese news videos and KZreadrs also put mosaics on the faces of people caught on camera.
