Great video ! Good to see Amtrak caters so well for wheel chair users.

I enjoyed the video but the sound was inconsistent. I had to turn it up to hear you then quickly turn the music down.

Great video. The volume level for the parts where you are talking could need a little boost :-) The music was plenty loud, but it's really hard to hear you. But still great video :-)

Thank you. I found your video very informative on Amtrak travel with a wheelchair. I did have problems with changing audio levels though. Music was too loud, actual video was perfect and couch commentary was hard to hear. I had to keep adjusting volume as I listen with headphones.

My standard response when i hear music in a video like this it to just turn the volume off and watch. Far too many people think they are Hollywood producers when in reality they don't touch the level of of an elementary student with a video camera and a laptops. Annoying af.

Awesome to see some amtrak cars have built in lifts. I have check some places say they're not wheelchair accessible. I wish they all had lifts.

Wow i would love to go on one if them our trains upin the uk just have ramos for our wheelchairs and pushchairs have to be folded up most of the time

Hi Matthew, Do you need to announce the trip? I travel with a wheelchair in the netherlands. I need to anncounce my trip with a train at least one hour before departure. How is that with Amtrak?
