Last time you guys did a solo episode I was slowly climbing out of the darkest place and it gave me a second wind. I was eating most nourishing foods, working out, supplementing with fish oil, vit D, ACV (and a lot more) with like ZERO strength to be doing so. I was not feeling the results because my life circumstances were so dark. I was starting to lose hope that I would ever get my life back. The timing was insane and it fed my soul. I remember watching it on the treadmill which turned into the best run. I'm currently in such a better place and am so excited to see a new one.

Michael I'm so happy about your drinking goal. Mine is the same! I have a goal app on my phone for it. And it keeps my percentages for me.

How do you get your partner on the same page? Ive been really good at working on my sleep but my bf gets so pissed that I go to bed between 10-11 since he goes to bed around 2. It had caused a lot of fights that I want to get to bed earlier for my own health and well being.

@frankie oh yeah. My partner needs to watch anime and be on his phone until he shuts his eyes and then falls asleep soundly haha I prefer zero screens after 8 pm but it doesnt seem to always work

@leslierea is that working for you guys? I understand that my bf likes to stay up late but dont like being shamed for taking care of my health. It is so weird to me! I want him to be the healthiest version of himself so I feel like he should want that for me, too.

@@Joannabanana1989 yeah, hes very understanding about it. there are a couple of times that he wants to be in the room watching youtube or whatever to be more comfy but I remind him, I NEED my sleep and he can take it outside or turn it off. im just very assertive with it.

thought this was a good podcast but I was really disappointed to hear all of your criticisms on people wearing masks/being covid cautious. i know people who have died from covid, young and old, and it is really upsetting to hear how little you both care. so many people were rightfully nervous about getting the disease, it's not them being "crazy".
