You can get rid of the black bars Go to your iPad settings when connected to external display set up your screen arrangements, Load up the game and click on the (…) top middle put it on the tv screen and then click enter full screen 😊

I believe cloud gaming is just going to get better and better as time passes Really excited to see the future where we don't have to buy crazy expensive hardware For story based games this would be the best option

Its a nice option but also is scary because you don’t physically own anything which means more corporate control over things. They can take away games when ever they want. Its nice but consoles are cheap

I’m thinking of getting ps4 console but now I’m thinking why pay if I can play on iPad. What’s your thought on this? (I haven’t played anything seriously from school days). What’s the thoughts on Xbox cloud on iPad or specific good games on iPad Pro with ps controller other than call of duty?

Been using both Xbox gamepass and Steamlink and its acceptable in my setup (router is not on same floor either) but only if i want to game while on the couch and wife is watching the TV… its just not quiiiite there but ive played online FPS and sports and stuff, its good enough.

Ik im in the future compared to this post but it rarely lags for me. It only will severely lag if u have a wifi that doesnt have 5ghz i think

Is there a way to use stage manager to fill the whole external display with the game? I can get the Xbox Cloud window onto that display, but when I press “Fill Screen” it just moves it to the iPad and fills the screen there. So now I use “mirror display” but then you get a black box both on the sides and often (if the games are in 16:9 format) also on the top and bottom.

What kind of iPad is that at the beginning?
