The two issues I encountered were that 1. Some files once I transferred them from my iPhone to Toshiba external hard drive ( I was transferring photos and videos) show as incompatible. So I can’t view them 2. The other issue is that on my phone I have over 9k files but it only transfers around 3 k Any guess on how to go about these issues. Many thanks 🙏
But what if my Photos ap won’t accept the video file, and my iPhone does not appear in the image capture devices section saying “No camera or scanner connected.”, and my Airdrop takes forever to connect then fails while attempting to transfer the video?
I could not see all the photos on my iPhone when using IMAGE CAPTURE. Would you please tell me how to fix this issue?
