How To Transcend Overthinking, Anxiety, Stressing, Suffering

Have you ever felt like your mind is constantly racing, filled with thoughts that you can't seem to control or stop? It's a common experience that many of us go through every day. We often find ourselves trapped in a whirlwind of thoughts, which can lead to a sense of suffering or struggle. However, what's fascinating is that the very struggle we experience isn't really about us at all.
In this video, we're going to explore a new perspective on how we perceive the activity of our minds. This fresh viewpoint could be a turning point for you. It's about seeing these so-called 'attacks' of the mind in a totally different light. This new understanding can be the beginning of a journey where you rise above the mind and its deceptive games.

28 years ago & through a physical illness, I suffered with extreme anxiety & depression due to the medical profession allowing me to believe I was dying within the near future. I suffered what I thought was a mental breakdown, never ending brain chatter/mind chatter/mind attacks/ruminating etc...I've heard these many sayings since. I was hospitalised by choice because I was a danger to myself, I simply couldn't live in that totally internal mind life anymore. At the time, not one psychologist or psychiatrist could or wanted to understand what I was going through. They treated me with seemingly blank faces & put me on high doses of anxiety/depression medication. I was later apparent that my physical illness wasn't going to be the death of me & over the next few years I recovered mentally & physically. Time has past & I've since learned so much about my mental illness of all those years ago...much more it seems than many who work in the mental wellbeing medical profession. For anyone reading this & suffering, by all means reach out if you require support, I'm there for you. Oh, by the way, I found this video enlightening & full of hope. Thank you.

I have experienced the same as you. Currently, I have been experiencing severe anxiety and depression because of this constant overwhelming, incessant mind chatter and felt like I'm going crazy. Have doubted myself, the universe, etc.. I have been suffering so much. This video really has helped me. I've always felt so alone in all of it, too. Felt like I was in a losing battle against myself. No one person in my life understands. I can't really explain to them that they would understand. So I felt alone and then came the doubt, anxiety, depression and thoughts that I'm just out of my mind, and maybe I need to be heavily medicated. 😔 But there is no way I am going to go on all those chemicals again, which never helped in the 1st place. It has been a lonely road for me, and I believe having no one in my life to share these beliefs with is what is causing all the issues I am having. I'm just thankful for others sharing like this channel and people like you. It keeps me going, and helps me to realize I'm not alone and see the truth for what it is. I just wish there was someone in my life I could share this with. My closest friend is very much Christian, which doesn't bother me, but I can't share my beliefs with her, only to a point.

@@lauriedeshaies9301 You're definitely not going crazy. What helped me was taking on or looking at things away from my internal thinking...basically anything that was outward thinking. Nature, animals in nature, anything that was relaxing & peaceful to me..& just let me mind be at peace in such. I remember it being hard at the time because I felt trapped in my own head, regardless, but pushing myself to get out there in nature many times really helped. I really wish you all the very best. I believe this video can help immensely & I wish had such a reference 28years ago. Take care.

'Two forces at war' along with other nuggets of words & sayings within our minds, is a perfect way to describe this quite complex subject. @dfarr50 What you say is very interesting to me & mustn't be dismissed as it's real to you/yourself. It also opens up another perspective & raw happenings of mental/mind matters. Having suffered in the exact same way as this video outlines, every word making complete sense to me, I've never come across or heard another person who's spoken about it in the way I've tried to put in to words, accept in this video. The author of such, must have had this suffering experience or be extremely knowledgeable about the condition, to say what's being said. More so than any medical professional I came across at the time of my suffering 28 years ago. I wish you well, all the very best.

At first , I was trying to shut it all down, but then I realized that those thoughts can be there, I’m not going to judge them or myself for having them. They can just be there. And it’s all ok.

It is as simple as that. Everything we think, say and do affects everyone else too. So if you are thinking negatively about yourself or anyone or anything else then you will feel badly. If you choose to think positively about yourself and others and the environment and the world then you will feel better. Know that our thoughts create our reality. You are an eternal divine spark of consciousness. Peace be with you. One love always 🙏💜🕊🕉✡️☯️☪️✝️🕉
