Sairam 🙏 As mentioned 15 mts omkaram practice, which is more beneficial aa uu mm each separately as demonstrated or normal om. Please reply. I regularly do omkaram much more time as part of Sadhana. So which way should the practice be done.🙏

Loving Sairam 🙏 Normal Omkaram is Powerful for the breath control , If you can do it in Different Shruthis would be great., Chanting A..U..M Separately is More Beneficial , can be tried in different scales too.You can check the Following Video and Practice along , if it helps. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lXar27GzdprKfrQ.html
