I use a length of latex cut 1/8" in width and 6" on length cut from a roll.

No, it’s not as easy as it sounds. Some guys do shoot these pinch grip though.

Just use cable tie easy.....

First thing you need to do is get the length of your bands right to suit your arm length

That’s only really helpful if you know the stretch ratio of the band the viewer is using, which can vary from 4.5 : 1 - 6.5 : 1, depending on the taper, ammo size, brand, blend, thickness, and ambient temperature. This is just a quick video to show beginners how to tie bands on.
