Working with goalies, I use the line that as a "goalie you can only go down as fast as gravity.” You are the first person I have heard also used it.

Thanks for the videos I just started a sophomore in highschool these videos really help. Even though it's hard to get out when you have 10 inches of snow😤 I've played soccer since I was 3 and wanted to try this out for the spring off season and I already love it
