I use Elbows when i shadowbox, my favorite elbow is The Superman 🦸♂️ Elbow.

Make Ureself some kind of a boxing bag. I used my old tires. 4 of them makes a good stress relief and place to train elbows, knees and basically all together. Tires are hard, is messing my hands a little bit, but that is the point. Pain is real.

It was my understanding that for the lead side up elbow the rear foot should stay flat and that when using the rear side up elbow the rear foot should be up on the ball of the foot. Was this a mistake on the demonstration or could you elaborate as to why that was done? Thank you

I'll try all those elbows, except the side elbow...I'm skeptical about the side elbow...the side elbow looks kind of weak to me...I don't anyone getting seriously damaged by a side elbow.
