I learned more from this video than my University 🤯 Thank you for doing the work to share your gift.
This series has been so helpful! My goal for this second year of teaching 2nd grade has been to be better at teaching writing so THANK YOU !
I recall in your first video of this series you said you read a book and call out and connect how the writer of that book is using the skill you’re teaching. Do you have a list of books that you read aloud when teaching each narrative, opinion, etc? And a coordinating list of what writing skill you use the book to emphasize? Also, I love your Let’s Publish by genre charts! And your recap in the last minute was extremely helpful!
Amazing knowledge share dear. Thankyou very much. 👍
HI! Tutor, I have found the concept presented in this video knowledgeable and worth understanding it. You are amazing mam in explanation, but I am really sorry to have a request on behalf of my team that you should speak slowly and take pauses while explanation. Thanks
I love these videos. Can you please share the link of the rubrics and brainstorming graph organizers from your TPT store? Thank you!!!
Do you have a video how you implement your writing instruction; whole group, centers, etc. I would love to find out your ideas. Thank you!
@Susan johnes teaching do you take online class for primary school kids ?
Can't seem to access the free writing posters. I keep filling out the form, but it sends me to SJT vs letting me open posters.
Don't you ever feel though that teachers just go to town on using paper sheets for everything? You must use an awful lot of paper everyday.

Hands on writing is best way to practice soo yeah, using paper is required sometimes…do you suggest a stone tablet and chisel instead??

@@LiT01985 Snarky. No, but considering there are worksheets for each sight word, each letter, each CVC combo, each digraph etc... a class must get through a lot of worksheets. It doesn't seem sustainable. Also, the concept of 'sometimes' using paper is the complete opposite of the meaning of this question.

Classrooms go through SO much paper and plastic, w/o any system for recycling. Laminating worksheets and using dry erase markers to complete them helps, but there's still a lot of plastic that gets trimmed off.
