    60k weekly dose lene pe toh koi toxicity nhi hogi but i noticed one thing when i used vitamin d3 60k iu that it will significantly drop your magnesium level and because of that you will feel anxiety bone pain and irregular heartbeat so my advice will be first check your vitamin d levels then go for it based on the level of deficiency and you should have good sufficient amount of magnesium before taking any higher doses of vitamin d3.

    True! Even I have experienced this that I start seeing reactions like very dry hands, pimples, heart palpitations by 3rd-4th week of consuming 60k cholecalciferol sachets and couldn't figure out why this was happening. Are you sure it is because of low levels of magnesium??

I just gained 7-8kg extra weight and i stoped my workout since last 7 months then i started again and doing fat loss with low calories diet and cutting down fat from diet l….     For vit d it'll be 25-hydroxy test, there are no specific tests to check vitamin levels so you'll have to ask the lab for specific tests you want and yes these tests are expensive than normal CBC, Sugar or Hba1c tests. You can go for vitamin D and B12 test only as these 2 are mostly lacking in general public. Once a year should be enough I think to keep in check the levels and effect of supplementation if you're taking any. The tests on avg will cost around 800-1500 bucks each depending on the lab.

I am not sure if the original commenter is quite right, 14.4 is very low and with only 500iu daily supplementation for 4 months reaching to 55 looks like he is trolling. My father's level was 17 and our doc prescribed him 60k iu tabs, 3 in a month for 3 months and after another 2-3 months conducted test again and the levels were swinging around 32-35

    Sir I am sharing my personal experience I have suffered from this deficiency for over 2 years and I tried taking sun bath for one and a half year but it did not give me any benefits later on I started taking vitamin D supplement and the main factor behind effective supplementation is that you need to take it after meals and you need to have some sort of fat in your meal like if you have roti sabji then you need to have ghee in it and after that after 5 10 minutes you can take the Supplement, that is the best and the fastest way to bring up your vitamin D levels as it is a fat soluble vitamin and the soft gelatin capsules are the best best way in terms of supplementary the powder sachet and the other gels are not as effective. I am not saying this by reading from any random page from Google I am sharing the experience like it is my personal experience of over 2 years I also made video on my vitamin D deficiency or my on my KZread channel

    Sir as we know vitamin d is a fat soluble vitamin, so it's absorbed in presence of fat.. So instead of taking it with water, can we take it with milk OR after consuming a fat rich meal with water for better absorption? And we can take vitamin d supplement at any given time of the day na? Like even at before going to sleep or upon waking up?

    Start cardio in morning. Before going for a run/jog/any other activity, take a vitamin c 500 mg pill. That should be more than enough. But do consult a doctor before this.

    Severe potassium deficiencies are rare. Moderate deficiencies can be there for people who only eat non-veg or eat very less vegetables or plant based foods. As long as you include legumes, beans, vegetables in your diet, it should be fine.

    Sir, 6 weeks back my Vitamin D level was 7ng/ml then my GP prescribed me 1 Vitamin D injection once a week for 6 weeks. My symptoms like Headache, Neck Pain and Vertigo has improved a lot but I am not 100% cured. So, in my situation should I wait for another two weeks to feel absolutely normal or I should continue with low dose Vitamin D capsules? One more thing, When should I (how many weeks after finishing my Vitamin D injection) go for blood test to check my Vitamin D level?

    Me too suffering from vertigo for very long time. It all started when I start gymming in 2020. But still have vertigo can't sleep on my back can't bend forward and backward, can't make sudden movement, can't hear loud noise music especially DJ and headphones, can't eat my favourite food.     @@krishanpalkaidwal I understand your pain. I feel vertigo never goes completely, only it's intensity get lessened. I am still suffering from vertigo but of course mild. Take multi vitamin and you can try taking turmeric tablet and Shudh Gugul (Indian Sallaki) capsule. I noticed a huge difference in just one week after taking Turmeric and Gugul capsule.
