SUMMARY: 1. Ask yourself why you're reading the book. your mind will automatically filter out irrelevant information. 2. Read attentively. Be aware of what you've Read in the previous line. 3. Read in the morning and make notes at night without looking at the book. So you're actively recalling the information. 4. Every Sunday go through the notes and pick out the easiest task and try to implement it in your life.

Many youtubers had tried to put their thoughts on this topic..."how to read a self help book" All is good...but genuinely..i felt like... You 're the best...the best among all... Memorizing loads and loads of information for a long time..is definitely a challenging task...implementing what we read is another one... Your memorizing tips is really practical..thanks bro..
I so needed this video, thank you so much for making it easier for me. I've tried making notes multiple times before but most of the time I ended up writing an essay, which was frustrating and time consuming. From now on, I'm gonna do it the way you described.

Yeah it’s a good idea. I actually suggest taking notes the same day, read in the morning and during the day and then write at night by trying to remember what you read. But reading last two pages is a good idea as well 🙌

Bhaiya notes banane ke jagah hum us important line/paragraph ko highlight kar sakte hai ❓ taki 2nd/3rd time jab book padhe to important cheez hamare subconscious mind recall kar lega.. isse hum kabhi bhulenge bhi nhi 😀
