just an advice from a burntout creator. if u shoot photos to grow in a specific platform then go do it. but if you're taking photographs that YOU aren't HAPPY with, i guess u should stop. these trends come and go and honestly when it eventually does, you'll feel lost if it's not ur true style. anyways, this youtuber is so underrated.

this is so true. I think a lot of people can analyze the IG trends and follow suit, but it's not necessarily beneficial to creativity, let alone identity. Mad love

Great video! The tip about focusing on only four elements really hits home. I've been using boost app social lately, and it's been helping me to keep things clean and essential on my posts. The AI writing tools even make my captions minimalist!

Yeah it almost had a Wes Anderson film vibe with the yellow on-screen text and his clothing color palette

Even without caption its loud and clear! English is not my main language, but I understand him.
Great vid! "Less is more" - totally agree. The minimalism itself adds the art and drama into the photo.
I've never known what Minimalist shots were, but now that I know how to identify them I do find them to be very interesting and "seemingly' easy to do. I think it would definitely be something I'm interested in attempting. These tips were great in my opinion because when I apply them to the Minimalist Photographers I follow, I see these tips applied in their work.
I really liked the point that everyone knows what a car looks like, so you don't have to show the whole thing. I forget that often. I take a lot of pictures where it's not the whole item, but it's also not focused on a detail - just half of a car, or something. It would be really interesting to challenge myself to go out and take pictures of JUST the taillight or JUST the wheel - stuff people know but might be more interesting than pictures of a whole car.
This is the first video I have seen from you (recommended page) and ngl I am very impressed that you do not have more views + subs. 10/10 content. Right to the point, good energy, nice set up + video editing, no bs, good photos to show, nice explanation, no cringe stupid stuff, just professional. Keep at it dude, you gain 1 more sub hahaha you make awesome content!

hey thanks, man. I really appreciate it. I really value efficiency + information density over anything (while sneaking in dumb jokes here and there). I was very irked by the "Top 5 Things..." videos that are full of vlog fillers in between tips

@@whoschrischu yeah I got tired of those videos as well and to find new content is very refreshing but difficult. Moreso if you do not have a lot of time to see a 10-20 min video full of noise inbetween the "good" stuff. You have a great mindset, I hope more people find value in your work!
When I was training photography assistants my very first lesson was not to think about what you included in the frame but what you could eliminate and still capture the subject effectively.
You have a great voice for KZread my man 💯
This was very well structured and explained. With great images to accompany the points.
The part about color combination was really interesting, definitely going to implement that into my photography...no one really talks about it even though its pretty important for a well composed shot.
Love the style of editing! So satisfying to watch. very helpful video. Thank you😁
