Came up with an idea the other day. It is practical to color code your spiral notebooks to see which is which when you have them in a pile with the spiral back towards you. You can do this easily by tying a small band or string to the spiral, each band a different color. Or you can tie in a little label where you write the subject you've chosen for each notebook. One idea is to tie in one of those key labels that are rectangular plastic in diffrent colors. Second idea: you may take a sturdy box - cornflakes parcels are too weak - I have used cat sand boxes from the Pussy brand. Maybe Everclean is an option, but can't tell as we did not buy cat sand from them. Cut away one of the short sides, put it on a shelf and place your spiral notebooks in it, standing, back against you, so they will not fall out on the sides. If you color mark the spirals, it is easy to find the right one directly as you need it. You can also color code them by painting a whish of nailpolish in diffrent colors onto the spirals. And of course you may dress the boxes in fine paper, waxcloth, fabric or wallpaper and cover with a surface of clear gesso, varnish or other protective sealer.

。黒いバラ you should always have two pairs of notebooks for that. Write as sloppy as you want in the first notebook. Copying from class is hard to do neatly. The other should be for the re-written ones.

just do a concentrate fully and understand all she says and memorize it, then rewrite it on your notes, that can help you master the lesson quickly, train your focus by meditating if you can't do it yet.

I love your work! Im currently a new middle schooler ( 6th grade ). I always watched your videos in 5th grade and had no reason to use them because my classes were much different. But now that im learning all types of new things (I even wiggled my way into advanced math so im starting to need to write notes). One day ill try to buy all the things you use ( with my allowance ) and hope my penmanship gets better. Its actually pretty neat but the way yours looks printed is beyond amazing. I'll definitely rewrite my notes because my teachers might tend to talk fast ( currently in virtual ) when i go back to actual school. So I wouldnt have time to write neat and pretty. Oh Boy I can agree. Life gets way more complicated when your older. You think its hard now, yet it only gets tougher and tougher. Yet thats the point in life. The challenge is to focus on the enjoyable parts of your life. For when we are in bad situations, we don’t notice what we look forward too. What good is going on in our lives. And you might not think that enjoyable moments exist when in conflict, so its like a game. A game where life tests your ability to move on, and be happy with yourself. Dang I got off topic here. The point is, enjoy your life at every age. You are young no matter what age you are. Because when you look back, you will think, “I was so young” when at the time you thought you were old. Don't use too many colours it gets confusing...

How i used to take notes: Have 1 black, red, and blue pen. 2 highlighters (blue and yellow so you can sometimes mix them to have green if needed) and dotted notebook How I take notes now: Black ballpoint pen about to run out of ink and crumpled piece of paper from the floor

You could write messy notes in class and then rewrite them at home - this will make them neater for when you need to revise the subject and will help you remember it as you are rewriting it at your own pace

same! but I recommend using a notebook for taking notes, then writting a summary of the lessons in another notebook. It's actually really tiring to do it, I know, but it's more productive for my opinion.

This is a very good video on the Cornell Method, most other videos I've seen on this method are severely lacking and discouraging. I'm a firm believing in Post-It Notes also, they're a lifesaver, the smallest ones make perfect tabs in a pinch.

Then I always remind me to watch your videos to keep me up and cheer and study again. I know you've been busy at university! I love how your fast handwriting is still very readable! I wish I had a more readable handwriting, you definitely can read my handwriting, but it's messier.

watched this video before my previous semester as i was doing really badly in school (3.2 GPA) and using these note taking tips and some self-determination, i've improved to a 3.87. thank you studytee :')

I was very impressed with this video. ;) I am a med student who struggled with organizing notes and using them wisely. after watching your video I've been reinspired to really focus on organization and will be utilizing some of the tricks used in this video. I remember taking chemistry in college and the girl next to me had notes like yours. The process of rewriting and organizing notes after the lecture is the first step in creating understanding of concepts and building the Nuevo pathways to remember info. Too bad I didn’t get that so much when I was in school. Lol
