How to Take a Kid Fishing- Full Guide
My passion for fishing began when my parent took me fishing at a local kids fishing derby. Take a kid/son/daughter fishing for the afternoon, fishing isn't hard! All you need is a rod/reel combo, worms, bobber, hook, scissors (or nail clippers), and some small weights. Parents may need a fishing license as well. What's the method for catching big fish inshore? I catch a lot of bait fish but not big fish. Is my bait to small or what do you suggest.

The reel that was in your hand is a spin caster the one you picked up was a spinning reel and most bass or pike or Muskie reels are baitcasters

I had a question. I have 30 lb mono line but what type of spinning reel would I need for it? Like what size reel? Can you point me in the right direction

Marlon Rolon If mono is that heavy, I wouldn’t put it on a reel. But, I would go with a size 4000-6000 reel. What I would do is buy 30lb braided line instead, and put it on a 3000-4000 size reel. Braid is much thinner than mono
