How to T bud a pear tree

Pears dont grow true to seed. More than likely, if you are growing a pear from seed it will take 5 to 10 years to begin producing. Seed grown pears may produce a fruit not even palatable to a whitetail deer. In this video you will see Pyrus communis (Bartlett pear) that's growing what I would call tiny bird pears. I had "top worked" this tree last year (grafted the Advent pear onto the top of this tree). The Advent pear produced so many pear that it pulled the top of the tree over. So I decided to T bud this tree over and make the whole tree Advent pear. Pears T bud very easily even a tree of this size is easily possible. You will see me cut this tree off. I had only done that, because I had a previous t bud that was about 10 days old already on this tree.
