bro my name is Adam im like a canadian plumber , recently been stuck in the workmancycle of my plumbing buisness , getting chopped in between satisfying client and like ... not having a life , ford transit 2023 costing me my kidneys and plumbing inssurances + wirsbo + tools + water damage to pays and alll the licences and good stuff , man this is a vortex of crap , and plumbing is crap , and boy of boy tthe line is thin between making it and suffer the rest of your life , your from alaska , im from up north also , cold is cold , cofee is good . i run alot , then i heard you ran ultras and stuff , and like you skateboarded such like me in my younger years, im just .. blessed that your here , i want to meet you and participate in one of your podcast and explain all the misery im learning from my buisness ... theese clips are GODSEND . i have implement flat rate . boy oh boy they work . 750$ buck to replace a 4 inch fernco ... anyways i have alot to say and mainly to resume just thanks man . thanks for doing the reps and showing up , this industry neeeds to change alot and your words and actions might just change my life and others around me . i am greatfull godbless

If you want to take away some of the stress. . Get rid of the new van and buy a older one cash. Itll save you insurance money and overall cost of the vehicle. But you don't have to just my advice

Create an average time , is what I do. Sometimes you get way lucky sometimes not so much. But usually when it takes longer- there is a bigger job there that needs to be done

On the dashboard under the technician performance section, click productivity and you should see billable hours.

the site says no open dates advisable .

What is it that makes service Titan so much better over house call pro

It's more just built for bigger companies, id say over 2 million in sales, with a price tag to match. but jobber and house call are catching up for sure.

@@bradlewis436 I currently run a 3 million Dollar business with House call pro plan to do 3.6 this year not promoting house call pro but it seems that they have made alot of improvements the last 3 years

What do you guys think of Jobber?

Works great! I use it for my radon business. One you get to about 2m in sales though the app has some trouble scaling. Has lots of great integrations as well with things like quickbooks and ez-bild!
