My experience with lead platforms like Angi and others is that half the people go on there just to find out how much something costs. As a GC I bid on more complex projects that can take hours just to put out an estimate and I get charged $150-$250 per lead. And I’m not the only contractor getting the lead. These lead companies need to inform the customer that they’re charging 3-4 contractors an expensive fee. It costs me about 750-1000 just to win one single job since my conversion rate is about 20%. It’s basically theft, not to mention they make it difficult to get refunds for bad leads.

Afterwards, he is going to collect that customer data and do a bunch of re targeting to that same audience. After that, he is going to send them direct mail.. Congratulations don't waste an hour.

Hey Jered What do you do when you get a call from an organisation that only take make payments certain times of week, Or if client is not on site when work is complete how do you collect payments?

How do you incentivize your guys to sell the memberships do they get a cut of the 99 dollars?

We have hi pages in Australia and it’s full of the bottom feeders and all about price
