@@Medicithadon13 I'm not sure on that but I reckon in the next game Peter will transfer his Anti venom Symbiote over to Harry Osborn in order to save his life and Harry will become Anti Agent Venom

Being able to do the pop up crimes is awesome. Would love to see Venom return in this series as a fully fledged playable character.

I'd like it if the Venom Symbiote explains that the stone was keeping him bound to Knull's will, which is why Harry started that mass conversion. With the stone gone, the Symbiote regains control of itself and becomes more like the classic Venom, true symbiosis rather than parasitic.

Glad to see the glitch is getting more recognition. Hopefully Insomniac sees how much we want this and can give us a little something more official for a free roaming Venom.

The reason for that is because it can cause corruption in the save film no one wants that. It why the first one was patched.

You know what would be a gas? Venom game but with the personality of the Venom from the 2000s Spiderman game😂

Back in the day games would have just let you play as venom after you beat the game or via cheat codes. Sometimes I miss when games let you do fun things that didn’t necessarily make sense just because they were still fun. I’ll never forget being able to play as green goblin in the first Spiderman movie game.

Also play as new goblin in spiderman 3. They could just port that venom from the game as a 100% reward just like that, doesn’t need to be canon lol. Then someday just give us some proper canon venom game

Ultimate spiderman venom was the worst venom ever created. He wasn't even an alien. He was a lab experiment made out of parkers dna. I did not like that. 90s animated series had a better venom

thankyou so much. I got spiderman 2 a bit later than everyone else so i didn't get an oppurtunity to do the first glitch but not only did this work but it is so much better. Great video as always ivolt!

6:30 When you load up the game and play as spiderman instead of waiting around you can start any side activity and then abandon it straight after and you will just spawn in as venom

This gives me ideas bc on the last flame mission it shows the carnage symbiote and the leader of the flame says “with judgment and carnage” so it would be cool to have a dlc were you play as Venom and the main villain is Carnage

Look if ultimate spiderman made venom fully playable then there's no excuse insomniac can make.

I mean the glitch still works today, but the game ofter crashes after every 40 minutes, but I gotta thank you, you deserve a subscribe and like

if you go to the drone mission, once you go chase the bird just leave activity and then you'll get venom

Don’t need to load a save just can go straight into the current save then u will be spidey then just restart from checkpoint and u will swap to venom that’s how I did it at least don’t need to go to a hunter drone can just do it from as soon as u load in, this is what I did when first attempting this glitch as I didn’t know you have to wait for a while to swap to venom I thought I did the glitch wrong as nothing happened so then I restarted from checkpoint and boom I was venom

Venom free roam is a great ideia, just make him web zips with his tentacles like Ultimate Spider-Man, and let his wings work like the webwings 😂

I wonder how the coding works for this to happen. Very weird and interesting considering the save file is Don't Be Scared but loads you into Trouble With Harry. I did notice the skyline fast forwards rapidly during the change, so i wonder if maybe the game is confused on what mission you're on.

I am kind of glad they didn't go with a story about Miles getting the symbiote. I think I just about hit my limit with people getting the symbiote in Spider-Man 2. I was fine with what we got, but I think it started to be a bit much at a certain point. The emotion of fighting your loved ones and trying to save them from themselves just kept having diminishing returns, which was a shame. Probably my only complaint about the game.

You can actually do the Howard side mission as venom I’ve done it and it’s bizarre lol

When i did restart last check point he was THICK

You don’t need to do it in fidelity mode It works in performance mode ik this as when I first did it I didn’t change any settings

They should have venom's jump ability from ultimate spider man

Eddie got to come in the next game and remembered in kraven boss battle as venom i piece of venom tougue got cut off and it disappeared

I got the don't be scare with no badge, load in as peter and i went to a drone mission but nothing is happening. It's been over 5 minutes. I even saved & reloaded and went to a different drone mission. Nothing Edit: if this happens to you. I saw a comment on a different video that said. Start the mission, pause the game then select leave activity (do not select skip activity) and i tryed it and it worked

i did it probarly the best glitch ever

Do you have to be near an unidentified drone mission for it to work?

Hi, I been trying to do the glitch 4 times now but when I reopen the game to see the load file, it says "locate harry's badge". I close the game on time, it on fidelity mode and everything, but the load file doesn't show "don't be scared" with no mission objective. What do I do, please help!

@@Darthvader25747 Sometimes voices can get mixed up but he has Miles’s player model that’s why if you go to a crime he speaks as Miles. I mean that what I was told I don’t know about why you have that but maybe since you triggered the side mission the game got confused about who you were playing. Peter is a default character so most likely that is the reason for it being that.

why cant they just add this to the game but not as a glitch it would be so fun

This shouldn't be a glitch they should add a sandbox mode with free roam and like add venom to it if you want to do a free roam with venom.

Thanks so much for showing us how to do it! But is it known if there's an alternative to unplugging the PS5? Like maybe closing the game and then re-entering it? I just don't wanna take the risk of unplugging it like that cause I don't want to mess it up even though it will probably be alright

The only risk of this is corrupting any save data which in this case is what we want. Just dont have any other apps/games open whilst doing this and you should be fine. Of course do at your own risk.

Yeah you unplug the power cable but do it at your own risk, it could corrupt the save file or damage the ps5, try turning it off in time with the screen going black

And they better add symbiote transformation with the D-Pad up button like miles has with his invisibility. They teased transforming with the symbiote like Web of shadows in the first gameplay trailer but didn’t end up implicating it into the game which was severely disappointing and misleading since they literally teased it in the trailer. SMH 🙃

Yep and cause of that, I ain't doing that. I'll wait for replayable missions and just play as him officially. The bug has a chance to brick and corrupt your save game, the way the bug is performed has a chance to brick and corrupt your console.
