Keep working on your present skills or skills that you want to have. This guys has spent years on algo and ds so you can't get at that level within a month. In a year may be , in 2-3 years definitely. Keep working hard.

Hi Rachit, can you talk more about how to prepare for HFT firms or what kind of knowledge is needed to work in low latency projects. What sort of questions are asked and which DS to focus mainly on ? Do we need to do CP ? Do we need extensive DP knowledge? How much System design knowledge is needed. This will really help us to have the correct path. I have 10 yr experience in Java and always wanted to work in low latency projects/HFT firm. I know I might be too late in the game but I want to give a decent try.

Improve your resume by doing some good level projects and showcase you problem solving skills by maintaining a strong profile on codechef, codeforces, leetcode etc. If you have these two things, then expand your connections on LinkedIn. Good profile means your request will be accepted and you can ask them for refferal. You can ask them to do a mock interview to make sure you're good enough and then if you prove yourself good enough they will happily refer you because if you crack interview, even the person who referred you gets bonus 💰 or other benefits.
