How To Switch Blunt On A Mini Ramp EVERY TRY!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Switch blunts have always been one of my favorite tricks on a mini ramp, it has always felt much more natural than a regular blunt fakie for a few different reasons that I talk about in this video.
If you have any questions about how to switch blunt on a mini ramp or questions about another trick, feel free to ask in the comments below and I’d be glad to help

I still struggle with switch blunt! Blunt fakie works so much easier for me. I learned a lot from this one!

Yo amazing! I literally just learned these last week, used to grab out but popping out is so much more fun. Haven’t tried them on a mini though, only tiny QPs. The slapping the nose on the ramp tip makes so much sense, thanks for these tips!

Great! Like you said, switch blunt is more easier than the "big balls"blunt fakie 😊. And variations is more easier too.. after your tuto, i try switch blunt bigspin out and on your advice, and many many slams, i got it! Thanks again, like always : best teacher, best advices!

I learnt this when I was 16 back in 1990. I saw Danny Way do it in Speed Freaks video and just had to learn it. I'm 45 now and just started skating again since September this year and no way can I do it now. #glorydays

For sure you can mate, your body knows the feeling you just need to trust yourself. There is a guy at my local park who does really long switch blunt sides on a long bank and pops back in and he is few years older than you. Age is just a number, keep believing in yourself mate

I find regular blunt fakies way easier, have never landed switch yet. They are more like an ollie to fakie to me than any other trick.

Do you recommend to nose manny in? I notice you only do that for the blunt fakie but not the switch blunt

I might have to try these. I still can't do blunt fakies...just can't pop out. But if you think switch ones are easier I'll have to give em a try.

Interesting. I always wondered why I couldn't face the ramp coming in fakie. It's technically just looking over the other shoulder, but anyway I try to look at it, it will always be coming in backwards

Do you have a video on how to grab your board while doing frontside or backside Ollie's on transition. I can't wrap my mind around it. I try every time I go to a park and it just doesn't make since to me.
