    If u haven't learned em by now, try literally scooping on the coping or doing your best to do that. Personally it's good to try and drop in an extension side of a mini ramp and hit the non extension side since u naturally need more speed.

    @@lostinsotchi I think you'd struggle to do most of these tricks with the shape of boards from 30 years ago ))) though I think a Tony Hawk board might have made them possible.

    Something I found helped a lot was putting my feet across the whole board even having my toes stick off the board a little if you keep chicken footing try it it might help and make sure to constantly do the trick after you learn it and get back up and keep trying if you get hurt

    HEY CHAD! i really like your vids. I wish you went into more detail about popping back in, i struggle on that the most. Because its not a traditional ollie where you slide your foot up the board, its like a pressure ollie of some sort. Anyways, keep up the vids man.

    It's a LOT easier to learn on a ramp with no lip on it like that, if you have the option of learning on a ramp like that instead of a quarterpipe with a rail on it then I highly recommend it

    Very good video man. I was trying this trick out earlier and I kept slipping out. I used my hands as the feet to see where it had to lock in at and noticed how steep that angel was. I laughed and was like ohh nahhh. Hahahaha Def gonna have to practice it Blunt to Rock to fakie

    Another one to do is feeble to fakie. That'll help you get comfortable with the fakie manual into the ramp, OR pivot fakie.

    how about on a slightly bigger ramp like the one in the video that you arent skating? same approach? thats how the mini ramp is at my park, and its super hard for me to lock in the blunt. usually the board keeps going forward and I fall backwards into the ramp. doesnt hurt just super sketchy falling backwards like that lol

    I took his one foot advice but it wasnt my shins it was my ankle that got board stab then purple and blue. So for now i blunt rock to fakie cause the speed is intense coming in just fakie

    Tried this one last week and took a really nasty slam after a couple of tries. First couple of tries I almost landed it but then I slipped when I tried to get in and hit my ribs on coping. After that I was really scared to get in again and couldn't do it anymore.

    went out and was killing it getting in and out of the blunt, was using a nose grab to ease the pop out, got absolutely destroyed when i committed and landed back fakie and shot out

    At my local indoor skatepark they have a long rope hanging from the roof above the half pipe that if you want to learn a new trick but you are scared to fall you hold onto the rope and then if you try a trick you hold onto the rope so that if you fall you don't gut the ground

    I would think blunt to backside ollie would be easier, I find rocknrolls so much easier that rock fakies. Maybe that's coz I love skating kerbs, I try to visualise every lip as a kerb. it helps a lot

    You've probably got them already by now, but if not, I'd underline that this is a totally "inside the ramp" trick. At no point should you be vertically above the platform when you blunt fakie. Hope that helps and you've landed it!

    You can practice blunt into a rock fakie, if that’s to scary then practice on a curb, popping into a board stall to get the feel of it. Another way is to try a blunt nosegrab, your having trouble popping out it can help you start to get used to coming back in without the technical difficulty of popping out

    Practice a few ollies to fakie as high as you can, landing on the back wheels. Helped me. You've probably got it by now.

    Why would you need to watch your shins? Unless you don’t wear shin guards, or in your case no pads at all.
