    So far, this is the only thing I haven’t done working on bmx bikes. But this is a super clever way to switch rims. I never would have thought of that.

    I know a couple of cats that would swap out their rims that way. They would zip tie the rims together so they wouldn't struggle with the rims moving about.

    @Uriah Princeton I see not how this correlates with how one laces a wheel or different techniques to an easier transition from one rim to the next. Oh well, more input for the algorithm

    Ok, so now i'm confused. Did you transferred the spoke/nipple from the bottom flange of the old hub to the top flange of the new one, so the spokes are now crossing the rim sidewise? :-)

    Old school trick for sure, but I find it easier just to re lace the wheel from scratch. Once you learn the pattern its easy and you avoid scratching the rim. For me the worst part is my hands cramping up when truing the wheel up.. by the last pass around, shit hurts.

    the real question is how do i lace 2 hoops to 1 hub and run duallies on my bmx? for real though thats an awesome tip, ive never seen that before but i am definitely gonna give it a try

    My Local shop was empty when I went in. The Mechanic spent about 2 minutes to make it perfect on the truing stand, free of charge because It literally took 2 minutes. I brought him much worse rims that require a half hour to hour..plus spokes and it was 25$-30$ Max Canadian. So thats like 18USD or something.

    So..... I go to the epic bmx web site to order me a blue stranger balast tire..... And.... It shows you are all sold out of any tire of any kind... But you can see a stock pile of tires there on every single video... Whats up with that?

    They probably have their business setup so in-store and online stocks are separate inventories. They probably go through a lot of product in house, and probably have a warehouse for online sales. But this is just speculation.
