Excellent content! I’m thinking of buying SS gold but was unsure how it matches different colored bands. It seems that it goes well with many of my favourite color sport bands! I also have same problem as you, I love 45mm bigger screen size and better battery life but some bands are just too big for me! I’m size 1-2 solo loops and have to use smaller apple watch milanese loops… I will leave them feedback!

You my friend, are absolutely amazing! I want to buy a watch for my husband (as a surprise) and it is so hard to pick, since I don’t have his input. Seeing all of the looks, styling possibilities, types of bands and colors has been extremely helpful. I particularly love that you showed suits, because I couldn’t visualize how dressy it could look. Thank you! This must have taken a whole 2 days between changing, b roll and editing - at least. I got him the SE midnight aluminum with the black sporty Nike band. I ordered both the 40 and 44, so he can pick which one he wants to keep, and I’ll give him the option to upgrade to the series 8 stainless steel and swapping bands if he so desires. I just didn’t want to commit to the more expensive one since I’m going fully blind here 😅

Go figure the one 3rd party band I REALLY like is the one that’s unknown 😭 EDIT: Great content btw - I’m a very visual person and struggle a lot with buying just about anything wearable. Doesn’t help that I prefer online shopping so it’s incredibly helpful to see the watch styled with outfits, different bands and (thank God) MATCHING watch faces! Haven’t seen anyone else doing this and it must be a lot of work so thank you! 🙌🏾

I went for the stainless steel silver color. Was confused between the gold and silver but went with silver because I feel like with silver I have more options to different strap colors.

I purchased the graphite stainless steel and wonder if I should have gone with the gold instead. With your video I see it’s also wearable with casual wear. As some has said it’s more for dress wear I said that purchase it. Still have one more week to decide. Undecided now.

I see it this way. When it comes to Apple watches in stainless steel, none is dressier than the other. Some might see it differently because it comes down to how successfully it’s pulled off. Here’s what helps me narrow it down when shopping: 1. which will match your wardrobe more 2. which you’ll like looking at more. Graphite is closer to gray so it should match more if you prefer a darker, sleek look. Gold gives more of a pretty glow. 3. Which color looks best on your skin. Does it blend in? I’m the type to sample both if I have to choose one. 😉Have fun in the process

For the stainless steel you have the option of (in apple’s terms) gold, silver, and graphite. They’re all very nice👍 . I wear silver more because it matches more things. Also think of which colors match the colors in your wardrobe. Gold and graphite’s color coat also protects from scratches more 💡I should make a separate video on this

This is a really cool video! I'm contemplating between the gold and silver colors for my Apple Watch. You said at the end that the gold is pretty, but you think you'll wear the silver more often. Is there a reason for that? I'd like some help with my choice.

Thank you! Silver matches more because it’s more of a neutral color. Like you can treat it like gray. It also reflects the colors around it to match the rest of your outfit. If you wear a lot of gold jewelry though I’d get gold.

I am still curious whether I should get the bronze or the silver Apple Watch, then I’ll get many of the bands from the video and start matching them with my clothing. A help on making the decision would be appreciated. Would the bronze match much more with clothing and bands than silver? Thank you!

If for durability kzread.info/dash/bejne/oYOlurCrj5vMaJs.html The SS with DLC has issues about it being removed. Other finishes scratches and only looks great at first few months.

Two questions 1. Does gold Color of Watch and strap wear out over the time? 2. I want gold one but no cellular. If I buy cellular one and not activate number, still will it work like gps one? Because gps doesn’t have gold option

If I am a size 6 in the solo loop and fits very snug, would a size 6 in the braided solo loop feel the same size or bigger/looser so i should go with a Size 5 braided solo loop for a snug fit?

I wish I was able to post my braided loops review. For Braided loops, I sadly found Apple is having manufacturer errors: Sometimes when you get the same size no matter which color, one could end up longer which is probably confusing more people. Like my blue was longer than my black even though they were both size 4 😒. The Solo loops (non braided) have been more consistent. ⭐️Basically best to buy the size 6 you like in an actual Apple store so you can open it there to make sure it fits. If not you can exchange it right away. Or if staying at home order two sizes and return one.

You just made me get gold instead of graphite 👌🏻

Silver matches more! 🙌 esp if you like light/bright colored watchbands. If mostly like dark, go with graphite and if you like colors complimenting each other go gold! Ex: gold and dark cherry braided loop 😌

No problem! If you get the matching 44mm sport loop it should fit. It should match colors too if that’s your preference. I just like my cases generally lighter than my bands.

The silver stainless steel seems to be the one that scratches easily. Gold has been solid the whole time for me.

I got the stainless gold 44 watch with the gold tone stainless milianese band. I was annoyed/disappointed with the match. The watch was a new gold tone that has more yellow and a highly polished finish. The band was a different color of gold, seemed to have more of an orange tone, and the finish was a brushed stainless.

Did you get Gold Milanese band recently from Apple? It’s supposed to match the series 6 exactly. The old gold stainless steel is different from this year’s. I hope they didn’t give you the old one by mistake.

Really durable but can still get micro scratches. Not as bad as silver stainless steel though. I only notice it up close

Would recommend a proper watch for the look you’re going for. It’s a sport watch no matter how much they try to dress it.

I think most of people are getting a same problem ! The 44mm watch band is just too long like milanese loop and leather loop, Apple plz make a small size band for small wrist customer

That’s a preference both visually and functionally. I can stare at the gold forever but the stainless steel matches a bit more. Also think of which suits your personality more

Sounds like gold wouldn’t be an option for you since you don’t like gold jewelry and you should get a silver watch even though you have a gold phone unless you know it would totally bug you. When I’m having a hard time seeing what I prefer when shopping Apple Watch stuff, I buy one each for a week and return the one I don’t like. ☺️Apple has a respectable 14 day return policy.

I love your style *but the size of the watch on your wrist is cramping up the rest of your attire. The 44mm is definitely too big for your wrist (or your arm in general). It's like you have an iPhone 4S strap to your wrist. LOL ...sorry. just looking out.

Agreed! if you check out my later videos I downsized. Though I do miss that bigger screen that makes the bezels look thinner

The gold and silver stainless finishes are gaudy, tacky and poorly matched with most bands and clothing. Do yourself a favor and go for midnight aluminum or graphite stainless - they go well with every style and color, casual and formal. They also look more seamless - you can hardly see where the screen ends and the case starts.
