I’ve had curtain bangs for about 5 months now I have been struggling to make them look good everyday, I would like to try this method although I do not have a round brush. I will for sure try this after I pick one up!

I cut my own curtain bangs a while ago and I love them! I think this hairstyle is great for people who hate their forehead a.k.a me 😂 I was inspired by Dakota Johnson to get this type of bangs actually. She was gorgeous in Fifty Shades movies! ❤️

do you do this every day? I don't want to have heat damage to my hair

I have curly hair yet I still want these bangs! My theory is that as they grow out I can change up the style of bang by changing the part. Once they hit a certain point I can part it and style it as a curly side bang and let it grow out without using further heat on it.

Fay Coleman i have the same dilemma. i straighten mine which can look a bit odd with curly hair but because i’ve straightened it so much, my bangs won’t dry curly. i’m hoping that with time i can wear them curly!

When I do curtain bangs with my flat iron the left side swoops perfectly but the right swoops towards my face. Even though I do the same exact thing on both sides. Any tips??

How do yall but your hair in a round brush without getting it imediately stuck and start pannicking?? This is a genuine question. Ive tried it twice and both times i almost had to cut my hair to get it out of the round brush, and now i dont even dare to try😭 i have the same hair texture as this girl..

Batiste!! You can get it at the drugstore, but it's the best one I've tried and the one I always go back to. :)

I want my bangs to stay voluminous but they just go down and the wrong directions. I really hate my face

OOOHHH!! I've been doing it wrong. I look like I have a bowl cut with these bangs right now ..

But I don't have anything to style my hair with (no rollers, no round combs etc.) im afraid that after cutting this, it'll look flat and have pointy ends 😆.

Do you need to use heat protectant or can I do it without?

I would always recommend a heat protectant to keep your hair healthy, but if you don't have any it'll still turn out great!

yeah, just got mine recently and they usually sit a little off center because my hair naturally sits like that. my middle parting is like a middle-left parting.

My bangs just don’t want to do this. Have tried for days, but they just lay flat.

my bangs are so much shorter than that idk how to do it

i’m just convinced my hair just doesn’t work the way other peoples hair does

The problem I have with my bangs is that after a little while, they just kind of deflate and I look stupid. My hair is naturally super straight and i can't even get hairspray to hold the shape of my curtain bangs. And then my bangs just dont like to work the way i want them to

why doesn‘t this work for me??? my hair is so thick, no matter how much and in whatever direction I blowdry my hair, it will always fall straight back down the middle. It‘s so exhausting
