Tip 1 - Study using 40 hertz binural beats. Tip 2 - Overt visual focus - Stare at an object (any object) for 30 seconds before starting your study session Tip 3 - Spike adrenaline for memory improvement via something that gets your heart racing, like taking a cold shower or drinking coffee towards the middle or end of your study session.

Thank you so much bud, I badly needed it at this point of time and it came outta nowhere.I am truly grateful for this.🤝
Listening to instrumental atmospheric music during my reading and essay writing assignments helps me focus for hours. I write more influential essays because of having low volume music playing in the background. In college you spend most of your day studying/on assignments. Vocal music are distractions since certain words carry emotions & memories. Playing instrumental music loud enough will drown out your surrounding distractions.

These tips were so unique! Loved it!
Love that these tips are actually unheard of and the title isn't just clickbait :)
This so smart and well made, it's not surprising tho 😆. And this is perfectly timed cause i was just going to start studying, haha. Such great videos, thanks IP 😁🔥
My own tips: don't just watch the video and think your gonna do it later just do it immediately
Lol I’m watching this as I’m procrastinating 💀
So, sounds, visual focus and improving our brain memory.
I’m a 12th grade student I didn’t know till this year that Playing sounds while studying is incredible They make you focus more + now feel sleepy It’s a personal experience 😊
Thanks for this Improvement Pill!

Tip1_ use 40 hertz sounds before studying ... It helps u to focus intensely Tip2_first read the thing with eyes bcz 50% of memory is visual ... First focus on an object with just ur eyes for 30 sec which will make u ready for study session .. You can use sounds along with it Tip3_get a little spike adrenaline cuz it fastens neural connectivity leading to strong neural pathways. Ex_you can get it by taking cold showers or drinking tea coffee etc
Guys from rwanda 🇷🇼 you are so humble and supportive
I love this kind of Person who help some passionate learners out there.
Thank you very much for this essential information 👍
I knew the first one. I liked the second tip most. Thanks
Your ideas and your mind great Mate Keep it up !
You do a great job with your videos! I am playing it on a slower speed, helps me understand it better
You Were a Life Changing For Me! Thank You a Lot
Every video is always so informative, keep leaving me feeling motivated!!!
Tip 1, binural beats: Game dev genius Raph Koster does this and recommends it Tip 2, visual focus: Jim Carrey does this - focusing on a pen to get in the right headspace before acting Just a little proof that these methods are tried and tested with great results, awesome vid
Thank you for this info !!
Welcome back!! Anyways, great video as always!! It's already a habit for me to check your videos to start mornings, so kinda missed that. Nevertheless, don't overwork yourself either. Will just wait, whenever its feasible. Long live to this channel!!
I love this type of content!!! Keep it up!
Another thing to add that Huberman talks about is the breathing technique before studying. You do hard two second inhale through nose and exhale for ine sec out the mouth. Do this 25-30 times then exhale all the air out then hold for 15-30 secs and boom u will be hyperfocused
Whenever a video comes out I never regret subscribing ,your videos are awesome and lol that too for free it’s really great of you 😊😊
My exams are nearby, this will help me a lot. Thank you !
actually the staring at an object tip is really useful for me

If u have mindset u can achieve anything 😇
Thank you! 💗
🤝🤝 thanks bro Will try them
Work smarter, not harder. Great ideas!
I've tired these methods AND HOT DAMN I SEE SOME IMPROVEMENTS. Before I found out abt this vid which was recommending to me by my friend, I used to study when I feel physically active yk, like right after a non so exhausting excersize session or a 30 min dance or something like that . I feel like that's also helped me study but only for a short term. With that in mind and the tips shown in this vid I'm sure I'm acing my next exam!!
This video is really helpful with its short time video and its handmade drawings
this is one of the best tips i have saw
Excellent video bc of timing and I learned something new about ptsd which I have
i used to do the high frequency noise last year and i even forgot about it till now wow thanks for reminding me
I think the most important thing to excel in your studies is not 100% based on study technique , it's about motivation. With motivation, you'll have the thrust to find ways to study effectively with good time management and study techniques. This is just my pure opinion and from my observation

Wow, I just watched the video with those amazing study tips. I never knew about using 40 hertz binaural beats for studying. The idea of overt visual focus by staring at an object for 30 seconds before studying is brilliant. It seems like it could help to clear the mind and prepare it for better absorption of information. After watching your video, I finally feel like I've found study methods that work for me. I'm sure that if I use these study techniques, I will definitely achieve satisfactory scores in this upcoming exam.
Awesome video!
Thank you for these tips !! I will try them to see if they will actually work on me !! :D
Video idea! Go over the pros and cons of online school and how to overcome the challenges that can come with.
