Sir,I'm in bds 1yrs and I passed neet exam with help of biology in 2021 under PH Quota... so that (I never touch 11th or 12th chemistry and physic) after passing through it.. I left chemistry 4yr ago.. now I'm in medical cllg.. I facing lot of problem in biochemistry.... even in single line of it I having problem... and while perfoming experiment as well as I dont know baisc element of it ..my chemistry is zero level.. i dont know how to make it possible to understand to it. ..I feel to do suicide..😖😖😣😣.I feel big zero in every subject of it..

I didn't do great on my midterm exam. It was all about amino's, enzyme kinetics, protein structures.....etc. The second half is about to start (we we're on spring break) and it's dealing with Carbohydrates, lipids, and glycoysis...etc. How do I turn this around and get a better score on my exam? The materials we got is not a text book but a PDF of some parts from a textbook and we an onliine reading that's not the same as the PDF. I do find biochem interesting but failing my exam is making it frustrating.

I think you should first build your basics, like starting from the very scratch isn't necessary, but then make some memory stamps and frequently revise the portion. For books I'll recommend LIR Biochem and Satyanarayan. Then when you're thorough with the basics, start with mcqs practice!

Biochemistry is not boring, it's just complicated. What's really boring is Carbon and its compounds. 😩

I don't think that'll matter much, just cover some basics of chem/biomolecules till your college starts! That'll help you.. And again, once the teaching starts, start your preparation from the very first day! Hello brother, I hope you read my comment and help me, I'll really appreciate this! This year I have bio 2 : we study carbohydrate, protien and lipid metabolism But unfortunitly I have only 1 week till the final exam, and I have 7 lectures to study include all the curiculum! I'm really disappointed about this, If I started now can I pass the exam? Or it's difficult? I know It was a mistake to leave bio till now.. But I really need a hope to start :') Or should I drop it to summer? I hope not to do this 😞 Please give me your advice, thank you..

Hey there! It's totally possible to cover up these topics and surf the exam! Start with those topics that are the most rewarding, the ones which give you more marks! Then move to minor parts.
