I’ve been taking whatever I put on my face down to my neck and décolleté for years and it’s helped my @60+ neck look nothing like a 60 year old neck, I’m currently using the Osmosis products and whatever goes on my face goes down to those areas along with Sunscreen of course. I often get compliments on my skin and a lot of people don’t believe me when I tell them my age, even my Son’s friends can’t believe I’m their Mum Lol 😂. I’m trying to get the confidence to grow my hair out to grey, it’s a process that I’m still on the fence about, but it’s only hair and if I don’t like it, I can always have it coloured again, I’ve gone from being a total jet black haired girl to a blonde haired girl over the last few years, so my regrowth isn’t as noticeable as it once was. I rewatch some of your videos, and this one is a great one to rewatch.😊One suggestion I would like to share is drinking organic bone broth or butterfly pea flower tea. Drinking beverages that will build collagen naturally and internally will make us look ageless. While using skincare topically to improve our appearance, also drinking collagen building beverages help repair and strengthen the body inside and out. Both of my parents mothers had not a wrinkle on their faces. They never seem to age! Bone broth was one of many healthy foods that they had and neither wore makeup.

Which brand do you use?

I have been blessed with good skin, hardly any wrinkles at the age of 60, and even though I live in the Middle East I take care to use sunscreen and just stay out of the sun when I can (because abstinence is the best protection, right?). But I still have what you call tech neck! And just seeing your video now I understand why, but not for the reason you mentioned. I'm very good with keeping the screens at eye level when I can, but my mother taught me to knit when I was 7 (53 years ago) and I haven't stopped since. And now I know that it's looking down at my knitting and crocheting that is giving me the same tech neck that a lot of people get from looking down at their phones. But I'm not going to stop. I knit and it helps so much with my mental health (#knittingismyyoga). So when I weigh the two options, less-lined neck skin vs less anxiety, the knitting wins. Still, it's awesome how you always come to help and educate us, thank you so much for that! Love your channel!

Although Vitamin C does help us produce collagen, it breaks down in light. We should choose a vitamin C serum in an opaque container which also protects the contents from the air - Vichy blew it when they designed the packaging for their LiftActive.

I agree. Nikola is the KZreadr I suggest to women who want to go silver. Her tips are doable. My neck has gone rogue in the past two years...want to try Nikol's suggestions.

I'm so glad I found you out of All the makeup videos women are doing, I'm 66yrs old, can't even believe it, don't have kids so a lot of times I don't feel my age, I'm an Old hippy from the 70's, it's hard to believe those days are long gone, it's been hard to accept I'm things age, I have really long hair, if I ever get more of an income, I want to cut it, finally after years, I'm on my a very low fixed income, by myself and can't afford hardly anything once I pay for housing, I love that you address older women and recommend affordable make up and skincare, I want to try your mascara, is it good for older women? Timeless Vitamin C got pretty bad reviews due to oxidation somehow probably from light not air. It's easy to make your own Vitamin C serum using crystalized Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) and powdered Ferulic Acid.
