This is so informative. My procrastination habits are stronger than my discipline and I always seek for ways to overcome procrastination. The thing is, only you yourself can get yourself out of the cycle. Thank you for this video! New subscriber here!

I've read up to 7 hours of productivity with breaks as needed. Just like she said to just believe something is true for you because it's true for someone else, TRY IT OUT for yourself. Give it a couple of months before changing it up. It takes a while to get a pattern in place, and you might reach a point of resistance, push through, and keep trying. See if you can make this new habit stick long-term.

I am a middle school student from Algeria. I have an exam at the beginning of June that includes all the subjects I studied during this year. I got good to excellent grades in most of them, and I have a general overview of most of the lessons, but I feel annoyed and lost. I don’t know what to do. I review the subjects from the beginning or I am solving practice papers, especially since there are less than forty days left. What can you advise me to do?

There’s a book “Feel Good Productivity” by Ali Abdaal. And there’s a few things you can incorporate in your life to prepare for this exam. The things I haven’t mentioned in this video. Approach things with a sense of adventure, find the fun in it or make it fun, and approach it with less seriousness and more sincerity. Do things that put you in positive mood because it helps people to achieve more. If you have problem with focusing I have a video about that also. But overall, I hope it helps❤️
