Yep, that’s what I do with the bottom eyeliner. Lash line. I put it very lightly though too. My mom told me to avoid the tear duct so it wouldn’t smudge. This was when I was much younger. A newbie to makeup. Lol 😂 Now I’m 44 and it’s very easy for me now. Not too much makeup application. Also when I put my eyeliner on the top lid I make 3 little lines and connect it together. That works better to make the line perfect.

That's a really good tip with the powder. I have dry eye syndrome (very common) , so wet eyes/dry eye situation. After a while I end up with black pooling in the corner of my eyes.

I have an autoimmune disease called Sjogrens. It causes my eyes to be dry or irritated and watery. I struggle with applying eye makeup. I can’t seem to get anywhere near my inner corners or tear ducts. Any suggestions? I would appreciate any advice you have. Thanks!!

For dry eyes, one should use the proper moisturizing eye drops before beginning makeup application. Thanks for this wonderful video tutorial… you’re terrific!😘

Hi. I have dry eye syndrome as well. I do not know why they do do call it watery eye syndrome. 😂. I do also have senstive skin around my eyes as well. And have suffered from eye eczema. I look like a Red Panda sometimes. Which is very itchy and distressing at times. I find powders very drying and itchy. If you do not mind me asking, what brand or type of eye drops do you use for dry eye syndrome? (I live in Australia, so we may have similar eye drops here). If you also have senstive eyes, what brand of eye powder do you use too. I watched the lovely Nina. The skin around her eyes are so smooth. No lines, cakiness nor dryness, after powdering around and under her eyes. She looks amazing. Thank you 😀

@@trudystone2049 Hi Trudy, I use Systane Ultra High Performing Dry Eye Relief, per my doctor’s recommendation. I apply the drops 2 to 3 times per day. I always use the drops before applying makeup. I use different powders and I’m going to try a new one soon. Good luck! Hope this helps🙏🥰

I use a q-tip to dry my tight line and waterline before apply liner

What about oily eye lids. I have tried so many different waterproof mascara and the only one that works for me is Thrive tubing mascara. I would love to be able to try other mascaras and use eyeliner but it ALWAYS smudges. Do you have any recommendations?? Tia. Colleen from Canada 🇨🇦

I have the same problem as you. I was advised to not put any foundation on the eye lid and only use an eye primer, such as Nars. I tried it and it’s helped me tremendously

As a contact lens wearer … all that powdering will get on my lens but love your video 😊

I discovered with heavier lids- I can use my shadows rimming my lower lid and its adynamic, artistic look I love- There is a tutorial on yu tibe about it somewhere- it was a game changer. I no longer view heavy upper lids as a 'problem' - Below rinning them with brown I add a shimmer in the outer lower corner and its a touch of artistic glamour-

I am 45. I do have lines under my eyes. I’ve tried and failed to not ruin my eyes. Will this work for me? If I could add a picture, I would.

My eyeliner always runs on the outer corner. I put eye primer under my eyes and use waterproof mascara. I don’t even use concealer or foundation 😞

Kohl liner, this kajal word is quite annoying, especially when Victoria beckham says it.

Problem is, I don’t want much powder under eyes, not that I have fine lines, it just makes it look awful

You apply the powder and then after its set, brush much of it away so you shouldn't really be able to see it there

I also suffer a lot from watery eyes😢. Huh annoying 🙄
