I just did this this morning! The difference in my hair is insane. I was having extreme dandruff and flaking and decided to try this. There is not one dandruff In my head after this one use. My scalp feels so clean and dry, no itching and the shine in my hair is unbelievable. Definitely a must try and thanks for the video. I will be trying the clove method from another one of your videos as well!! Thank you for the information

Yes I do it sometimes put half water and half acv spray let it sit 30 mins or over night next day rinse your scalp pH will be rebalanced .I actually need to do that next time I will wash my hair.i will put more focus on my hair as I totally neglected them for a while and was only focusing on my face .we have the same scalp massager.i need to do it next week as I washed my hair today I saw still dandruff like my scalp needs proper exfoliation this solution helps when left over 30 mins

my turkish mom used to this to my hair when i was a kid with other remedies as well. no wonder we both had gorgeous hair (i kinda ruined it with straightener in high school but now its way better)

Definitely will try this because my scalp gets really itchy. I have tried oils that are supposed to prevent itching still no relief. Thanks for sharing! God bless!

Never put on oil on a dry scalp if you have dandruff. Apply to hair only right after moisturizing.

Wow! I just tried this and I am amazed. I was skeptical that it would work this good on my head because my dandruff had gotten so bad it was embarrassing. My scalp had been super itchy for a while now with tons of build up I just couldn’t get to go away. I’m a believer and I will continue to use this instead of shampoo going forward! Thank you for sharing!! I've been doing acv rinses for itchy scalp and clarifying my hair since 2019 and I love it!! My hair comes out squeaky clean without being stripped of oils, my scalp feels so much better, and it makes my hair come out shinier and it's definitely helped with hair growth!! As far as the smell, I normally use a few drops of essential oils like tea tree oil and, or peppermint oil if I choose to !!❤

I just tried this this difference is legit immediately noticeable my hair looks healthy again thank you

My daughter has really bad dandruff and itchy scalp and the shampoo the doctor gave her isn’t that great so we tried this and her dandruff has greatly reduced so we will be using this weekly.

Gonna try this because I am desperate. I switched to clean products over 10 yrs ago and haven’t had any problems until like a yr or 2 ago when one shampoo started giving me really bad dandruff and my scalp got really really itchy. After that no matter which shampoo I use I still deal with this. I could even go a week without washing and my hair would be fine but now it starts itching just after two days. So I’m really hoping this works for me. 🙏🏼

Don't mind me, just passing through. I need periodic reminders of why I use to do ACV rinses. I love it, every time Im like maaaaan whats wrong with my scalp? Sore, itchy, extremely flaky. Then I hop on KZread and go, ohhh right, I ran out of ACV lol. If anyone is in a pinch, this will work!!

Lol I didn’t rinse the acv out my wicks after using the spray bottle because I didn’t finish the video. Now I’m watching again and see you rinsing it out after leaving it in for a while. My hair stank 🤣 I’ll rinse it once I get off work lol but other than that, this schit work. The itching has been crazyyyy but it’s gone 😊

So im 5 months pregnant i have had the absolute worse itchy scalp and i just noticed my scalp is flaking and horrible dandruff almost looks like skin peeling. I need something that will clean my scalp before i put braids in and let it ride for the next month or so. When i tell yall i have been struggling in this pregnancy. I need something simple. And not harmful as far as chemicals go

I didn't mix and it ended my dandruff forever...but I didn't pour in on, I use a cotton ball

I feel like this is the BEST and Most NECESSARY self care for anyone who suffers from all that itchiness and irritation!! Because alot of the products we use to style our hair daily (hair gel, edge control) that stuff has so much crap in it that clogs our pores and damn near blocks it!! 😩 This works the best 'cause baby shampoo aint enuff!! Lol

The smell dissipates as soon as you rinse with water. You can wash after or condition to ensure smell is gone

OK so its been four days since I shampooed my hair and I feel like my dandruff is worse then it was BEFORE I started the ACV rinse...The only thing I got from through ACV rinse was a tingling scalp after applying it! 😄 still going to stick to using it though...#KeepingAnOpenMind

You can use before or after its up to you.

I do that after the spray will work even better the clove doesn't irritate , unless you have a scalp condition .its the blood circulation activation that you feel when you spray clove and rosemary , on such a clean scalp it works even better .I don't personally have issues.but I do not have any scalp conditions either .It may not work for everyone. But for those with healthy scalp I don't think it's an issue. Doing this before will only help your scalp benefit better the absorption of the clove mist

I do low manipulation styling , and moisturize doing the lco method every few days.
